can an std be transmitted orally?im 14 and was wondering if a girl swallowed my sperm/semen if she could be harmed, im just curious.

If you have an STD or other infectious diseases, then YES- YOU ARE PUTTING HER AT RISK FOR BEING INFECTED. Even wearing a condom will not fully protect her. Don't put a girl at risk for an infection that she will have to live with for the rest of her life- especially at the age of 14.
