Kids. It's pretty crazy. Rent is one, but it's a musical. A good one though. I'd go with Kids if you want a really dramatic movie. It's about teenagers and AIDS.

I can tell you after I watched it, my uterus shriveled up and died. It's extremely graphic, but definitely gets the point across.
