Nothing can cure it, but as painful as it sounds, rubbing vinegar OR lemon juice on a breakout helps it heal, i read this online and tried it and it helped. Also, i have heard that using baby powder is good and bad. Some think you shouldn't dry the area, some think you should. Take valtrex daily to reduce, and use safe sex practices. Inform your partners, it really isnt fair if you go spreading it around.
