Communicable Diseases and Non-Communicable Diseases?Can someone give me a lists of Communicable and Non-communicable diseases.

please, which are well-known in different country.

These lists would be too long, and you should really do your own homework. But let me give you a push in the right direction:

Communicable diseases are usually spread by microbes. These include things like HIV/AIDS, norovirus (the stomach flu), anthrax, parasitic tapeworms, and mad cow disease.

Non-communicable diseases are often genetic or auto-immune. These can include breast cancer, Crohn's disease and diabetes.

Now that I've given you some ideas, go look them up in Medline or in a science book.
