Could a girl without symptoms of syphilis and without ever having sex before give her partner syphilis?My gf was a virgin and had no signs of syphilis, I'm developing a little rash and am very paranoid it's syphilis. She is positive she doesn't have it, but I'm not so sure, is it possible for her to give it to me even though she's never had sex? Don't say she lied and has had sex, I'm positive I'm her first, and she hasn't had any others

You can't go without symptoms of it. If she was a virgin you would have known wen you had sex with her. If she was it's impossible for her to have syphilis.

syphilis is a bacterium so it can be passed very easily by contact of a toilet seat, hot tubs, pools, etc... so it could be that she had it without even realizing it or you could have gotten it from something similar. You should probably ask her if she has had any symptoms.

The problem is a LOT of medical issues is that the symptoms of one can be the symptoms of hundred other things, and what might help with one issue might mask another that you don't know about.

Also if her mother had it, she could have spread it to her daughter at birth. Or, like someone else said, it can be picked up form non-sexual encounters as well.
