How could you get a sexual disease even in the following situations?Is it possible to get a sexual disease by having unprotected sex, even if both:

Don't have a disease
Isn't sick

And basically they are both healthy in general, could they still get it and if so how?

No. You have to catch an illness from someone or something. AIDS, herpes, warts, just don't appear.
