i had sex while on my period, can i still get a sexually transmitted disease?i was drunk and lost my virginity while i was on my period. he didn't use a condom and has a past of sexually transmitted diseases but that was a while ago. It happened 3 days ago and tomorrow i'm going for a chlamydia test. i just wondered if i could still get any diseases if i was on my period?

yes you can get any STD if you didn't use a condom, a period doesn't protect you from anything.

Yes, the only thing protecting you from STD's is a condom and even that's not 100% secure.

yes your period doesnt protect you for any SDT, in rare cases you can still be pregnant but this is Very RARE get tested ! hope your okay :)x

Yes you can. Some stds are passed through body fluids and blood is a body fluid. Some stds can be treated and some can't. If he has a past with stds, you may want to get tested for more then chlamydia and get a full std screening done. Get some condoms, if he doesn't have one then you can give one to him so there isn't any excuses.
