Sexual transmitted diseases?well my friend may have chlamydia, and he touched his own penis today that may have chlamydia and then after touching it he rubbed it on my face and brushed past my lips, can i get chlamydia from this?

NO he would have to touch your face with in seconds of touching his genitals even then you're not likely to get it if they only touched your lips. If your friend thinks they have it then they should be more mature about it and get tested.
