Was my marriage entered into fraudulently?

Was my marriage entered into fraudulently? When my husband and I got married we noticed a discrepancy on the marriage license. It stated his age as 3 years older than he actually was. It made no difference to us then and we were in a hurry to be married that day. One or two extra minutes in the court house would have foiled our plans as they were closing for the day.

One of the qualifications for annulment that may affect my case is this one: The marriage was entered into fraudulently. This may be due to the concealment of impotence, criminal history, sexually transmitted diseases, etc... to be considered for annulment.

Because his age was incorrect and we knew, was our marriage entered into fraudulently thus qualifying for annulment? Or would he had to have lied to ME about his age for it to be considered fraudulent? Or possibly both?

His age isn't an issue unless he's less than the legal age for marriage in your state. If the minimum age is 18, and he was 17 but said he was 20, that would be fraudulent. If he was 18 or older, the discrepancy in age is not fraudulent.
