Will Having a Sexually Transmitted Infection hurt my chances of getting pregnant?

Will Having a Sexually Transmitted Infection hurt my chances of getting pregnant?I have been trying to get pregnant for 8 months and I recently found out that I have Trichonomas. I want to know does this infection hurt my chances of becoming pregnant. I am getting it treated, and I might have had this infection for the whole time i have been trying to get pregnant.

I wanna know could this have been part of the reason why I have not become pregnant so far?

It depends what STD you're talking about. I know for a fact chlamydia can affect fertility in woman. Talk to your doctor. See what they have to say about.
