I am sure that my partner has never had sex in her life either, nor used any types of drugs/needles.
So technically, in these conditions, could one of us still have HIV, AIDS, Herpes, Genital Warts, Crabs, Gonorrhea, Hepatitis, Syphilis, or other sexual transmitted diseases, like through birth or something?
How would I know about it if I've never been tested before?
We are completely normal, no side-effects or anything from birth.

Possibly, but you would know about it. (It won't work as an excuse)
Also why does your "partner" matter if you've never had sex before?

yea if your parents had it....it would be passed to you

Even if you haven't had actual penetration, if you rub genitals or if you give oral you COULD have an std. But STD's don't just come from nothing--so if she truly doesn't have one, and you don't have one, then you should be good.
My suggestion is to go take an ifectious disease test, you'll feel so much better when you do. From what you described it looks like your chances are nil, but what you can't control are other peoples' actions.
