Chlamydia infection??Wowerz....it seems everytime you thing you know everything about somebody....your probably wrong...Well the other day I was with my girlfriend at her barracks and looking through her Medical Records...she suddenly grabbed for it and told me not to look..but obviously after a while of fussing..I looked at what she was so afraid to show me..that was that she was diagnosed with CT...chlamydia trachomatis....she quickly told me that it was from when she was sexually abused by her step-dad...she told me that it was cured because they gave her medicine that she took and the "doctors" told her she didn't have it anymore...I really believe her..but im just want some input from all you yahoo users even if you know about ct or not..and yes I did have intercourse with her previous to that...thanx again

Some people get rid of the symptoms, but still have the infection in their system and can pass it. But some people get rid of it totally. It depends on how the person is sexually, if they are having a lot of partners and things like that.

From what I know, this is one of the easier STD's to treat for, and yes once you receive the treatment it is cured. If you are worried, you can go get a test, and ask her to take one again just to be sure.

CT is one that u can get rid of. Thats horrible what happened to her. Be supportive. If the docs gave her meds to clear it up, then it's gone and u won't get it from that. Support your chick.
