HPV-Wear a condom or don't have sex. It is not curable.

Hepatitis C-Wear a condom or don't have sex. It is curable.

HIV/aids: use condoms or don't have sex with hiv/aids infected people. It's not curable but there are medications out there that can help.
Genital Herpes: Can be passed when condoms are used AND if the person is having an out break. Don't have sex when there is are signs of an out break and use suppressive therapy (ie Valtrex) regularly. Both types of herpes are not curable. But there are meds to treat it with.
Gonorrhea: can be passed to the mouth during oral sex or to anothers genitals if no condoms are used. There are treatments you can use.
Chlamydia: passed on during sex if you don't use condoms. Can be cured if caught early by being treated with medication.
Syphilis: Cab be passed on with out using condoms. Can be treated in the early stages.
To help prevent all of them get tested regularly, specially if your in a sexual relationship with some one you don't know all that well and use condoms for all types of sex.
