with any sexual contact, if the person your with has a disease you could get it at any time!
1.The best way to NOT get a disease is to not have sex.
2. Ask you "partner" if they have a disease
3. USE A CONDOM!!!
4. if they have a disease then make shure they arnt having an outbreak
5. if they have any sores on their body thats a pretty good hint so you might wanna ask them!

And don't think you'll always know by looking or asking.
