How long does it take a STD like gonorrhea/chlamydia to become contagious?friend had sex with one girl 3 hours before having sex with another girl and thinks the first girl had an bacterial STD. So how long does it take for someone to become contagious after exposure? I say 2-5 days because of the incubation period, but I'm no doctor and we're not sure.
