I know in men it is very possible to not know he has genital herpes. In women is it possible to not?

I know in men it is very possible to not know he has genital herpes. In women is it possible to not?know as well?

Of course it may be impossible to know in women also. You can still catch it from your partner even if they do not have a breakout at the time you have sex.

I don't know that men versus women would be less likely to know. For either sex, the symptoms can be so slight that you don't know what's wrong, and you may not have many breakouts, so you wouldn't know that you have it. If there is a suspicion, it's best to get tested just to be sure.

I think it's more common in woman. The reason being is they can have a mild outbreak inside

Yes, easily. I have seen a lot of women on herpes boards who had it for years and just thought it was a yeast infection or something - you know, just minor irritation. I thought mine was a yeast infection until the symptoms got too severe.
