There are many resources (too many to even count!) on STDs available on the Internet. Perhaps you are not entering the appropriate search parameters; i.e. typing Sexually Transmitted Disease or Herpes brings up about a thousand!

People do not get STDs on an everyday basis unless they are not thoroughly screening their sex partners and aren't using appropriate protective measures. Sleeping around with every thing that has genitalia is the surest way to get infected. Anyone can look safe and clean (unless they have open sores or foul discharge)! Be smart...HIV, Herpes, Chlamydia and the majority of other STD's can be transmitted without the infected person even having symptoms.

See the first response to your question for a very comprehensive list of STDs. Some are annoying, some are fatal. It's up to you as to what you do with the information.
