I don't think we can help you. Best advice would be to ask these questions of your medical team.

I an only suggest that you buy White tea or Green tea and d rink it when it cools a bit. Too Hot is not good for you. These teas are detoxifying so they will help clean your system. Also eat as much plain vanilla ice cream as you can. The cool ice cream will help soothe the fever blisters. Ask a pharmacist - they know what's what's in the natural healing remedies.
Good luck !

I agree with the "medical team" answer. Since you've had chemo, this complicates the issue.
I will tell you I had it after a course of anti-biotics, and my physician told me to eat loads of UNFLAVORED yogurt. In my case, it worked, but I think you may need better advice.

My mother had Thrush. She used to put oragel on her tounge just so she could eat. There are also several mouth washes out there that will releive some symptoms. But your best bet to to ask your doctor, perhaps he can subscribe somthing that will help.

Unflavored yogurt and buttermilk have been used to help the symptoms and discomfort, but you really need to see a doctor and get anti-fungal meds for this.
If it starts spreading to your throat it could be a much more serious situation. Since you are or have been on chemo, you are more vulnerable to more serious infections. Please see your doc. The treatment is easy, inexpensive and pretty quick. Don't stay home and suffer.
