Sexually Transmitted Infections before teenage pregnancy?

Sexually Transmitted Infections before teenage pregnancy? If a pregnant teenager originally contracted an STI before they conceived how would this affect their child? If it does what could be some examples? Would Aids effect the child more than herpies?

Whatever you have it will appear in the child. Some STDs can cause a child to be miscarried or it will just have whatever you do

This depends on each STI. You should google it. Some (like herpes and HIV) can be passed to the baby either when she's pregnant or during childbirth, however if she takes the correct medicines to prevent this, it's unlikely to happen. You might get more answers in the STD section.
