Which STI does my friend most likely have?A friend of mine said he went to the philippines and had relations with several different girls. A few weeks after his trip he said he began to have a clear watery discharge from you know where and also a slightly painful, burning sensation when he urinated.

Which STI did he catch which he was there and what is the most common and effective recommendation for treatment of it?

My possible answer would be gonorrhea. Caused by a bacteria called Neisseria gonorrhea, a sexually transmitted disease with the symptoms you mentioned.

i think it's Urinary Tract Infection aka UTI.

feeling pain or burning when you urinate,

is one of the symptoms.



but if you think he really has STD,

go to the doctor immediately.

it might get worst.
