Are there any "creams" for gonorrhea treatment ?If not,why dont we have ciplox creams ?

no there are no creams, and they would be useless anyway, gonorrhea is a SYSTEMIC infection, it spreads thru the blood stream, and it takes antibiotics to kill it.

no oral antibiotic treatment is the best options ... there are no creams except those that may relieve symptoms but they don't treat

No. A cream cannot cure gonorrhea, because gonorrhea is a systemic disease. It is not only in your vagina. You need a systemic antibiotic that gets into your bloodstream and reaches your entire body.
That is why a ciplox cream would not cure gonorrhea.
If there is a venereal disease clinic near you, they probably will treat gonorrhea for free.
