Anyone over the age of 14 can be tested by their family doctor, planned parenthood or any other STD clinic without parental permission. And, it is against the law to reveal that you have been treated. Next time, use protection ALWAYS so that you don't have to do this again because herpes and HIV are lifetime diseases.

You should have a local family planning clinic which can be completely anonymous, you can go to this at 12 and they will test you advise you even give you contraception for free, it is usually open on a thursday dinnertime.

You can also try a health department. If you want to be tested for Herpes you have to ask for it specifically. It is generally not part of a routine STD screen. You should wait at least 12 weeks after the last sexual encounter or possible infecting episode.
"Herpes blood tests look for the antibody to the herpes virus...it is important to wait long enough from infection until testing to make sure the test is accurate. The ideal time is three to four months from the possible infecting episode to testing."
