You should see a doctor and have the sore examined. You may need additional testing or treatment, so the sooner you are seen, the better. You also should be tested for HIV as well as syphilis, genital herpes, and other sexually transmitted infections. Having developed a genital sore after sexual activity with a new partner means that exposure is possible, though it is not certain. The only way to know is to be tested and, in the future, to use condoms to prevent infection from HIV or any disease that is sexually transmitted.

You know your member has the same hair folicles and sweat glands as all the rest of your body. So it can be prone to all the maladies as anywhere else. If it is touched by things that are simply "Unclean" you can get some unsavory results. I had the equivalent of a zit on mine it college. I nearly passed out as the doctor squeezed out the fluid. See a doctor...better safe than sorry.

It's not been time to surface yet, but to relieve your worst fears be sure to get tested in the next week or so. You would not automatically get a disease from this experience. In the future put a rubber on it for blow jobs. It's just not worth the emotional stress. I would bet you are fine.
