Can you get Chlamydia from fingering?Can a woman get chlamydia from another woman if they engaged in mutual masturbation/fingering? How likely of a chance is it?

Any time fluids from sex (oral, vaginal or anal) are transferred then there is a possibility of contracting a STD from an infected person. Also, you can contract a STD if you share toys with someone who is infected. You should know that chlamydia does not have a 100% transmission rate, so it's not guaranteed that you will contract the infection if exposed.

HIV and STDs are not transmitted by mutual masturbation. The transmission simply does not happen. You do not have anything to be worried about. If a negative result makes you feel better, then go ahead and do a full STD test. But it will be negative.
