do i have oral-facial herpes?

do i have oral-facial herpes?i have a some sort of scab on the coner of my lips and i have had it for a few days now... today i noticed 2 or 3 black dots on my upper lip appear... but they are not clustered they are well spread out, i have been looking up signs of oral herpes and some things sound similar to what i have but my symptoms are off that of facial herpes... help?

2 or 3 black dots could be black heads, and the sore is probably a cold sore... It COULD be herpes, because cold sores tend to pop up with that, but cold sores can also just be the onset to getting a cold, or you can even getting it from kissing someone who has one ( even on the cheek ) Get some abreva for the cold sore or any other thing, and the black dots i can guarantee are blackheads. If you keep getting cold sores (3/4 within a 3 month period, get it checked out, but if your honestly looking for signs then Id get it checked out anyways)
