Do you think this bump in my mouth is caused by an STD?

Do you think this bump in my mouth is caused by an STD?I was tested several times for Syphilis, Chlamydia, HIV, and Gonorrhea and everything came back negative. I have a bump on the wall of my mouth that does not hurt at all. What can it be? Can it be a sexually transmitted disease?

Could be....but it is most likely just a canker sore.

Go see your doctor and dentist. It is most likely a harmless cyst if it is inside the cheek - especially if you can feel it from the outside. If it is on the inside of your mouth, it is probably just an ulcer.
Don't leave it - get it sorted.

BTW. Don't go putting your mouth in unprotected sexual places, then you won't be at risk anymore!

It's probably nothing. If you told us your risk factors it be easier to judge.
