It usually takes one to three weeks for men to show symptoms of infection. It may not be possible to detect chlamydia if a test is performed less than 72 hours after exposure. You should wait if you dont have symptoms. I have had chymidia and have been treated but i went in 3 days after i had sex with this guyand was positive but i also had symptoms. So if you dont have any wait about 2 weeks and then go in. Dont worry to much though its easily treated.
