I need to perform a survey for at least to 15 teenagers about sexual risk behavior.?1.-Why do teenagers get pregnant?
2. What are the consequences of a pregnancy not planned?
3. What do you know about contraception?
4. What do you know about sexual transmitted diseases?
5. How can we protect ourselves from HIV?

1) Because we think "oh it wont happen to me" and then it does

2)Well, it can make studying more difficult, sometimes you have to change your plans, its harder emotionally and physically on you.

3) A lot, I know about all the different types of contraception, and I know which ones would be best for me etc.

4) They can be fatal, cause infertility or other unpleasant things. They can have silent symptoms, and a comdom provides 99% protection from these

5) we as in teens or the government? teens can mak sure they know their partners sexual history and make sure theyre protected, Government can give out free condoms (:

1. because we have unprotected sex
2. not knowing how to support a child, problems with keeping up with school, not able to hold a job when pregnant(most jobs wont hire someone pregnant :(
3. a lot i just chose not to use any
4. i have taken sex ed for about 9 years so a lot but there is still a lot to learn
5. stay abstinant (dont know how to spell it) and wear protection.

alyssa :)
becasue we have sex
not having money growing up too fast
that you need it
that you can get them
wear condoms and ask about if your partner has ant stds.

:)

whoa.
1. Same reason adults do; they don't use protection. protection fails. they want t get pregnant.
2. not enough money; change in life sytel; shock
3. it's a birth control.
4. I know the names&I know what they are. Krabs-little bugs, you can get it from sex or off clothing. Herpes- blisters, theres genital herpes and mouth herpes, you have out breaks of it. AID/HIV- deadly disease but I have no idea what it is lol.
5. Don't share needles; get clean tattoos&piercings; practice safe sex

cupcake,
1. because they are uniformed and unaware about contraception due to abstinence-only programs in school, their parents haven't talked to them about it, and they are misinformed most of the time. but, everyone has their own special circumstances.

2. having to be pregnant, and to either have an abortion, adoption, or keeping the baby. for me, i would have an abortion, because i know i'm not ready to handle a kid, my body is not ready to handle a baby, and i have bigger plans.

3. i know quite a bit about contraception. do you want me to tell you facts? this is kind of a broad question.

4. same answer as three.

5. usage of condoms, testing for sti's, and honesty with partners about past sexual experiences. in a non-sexual way, through avoiding sharing needles, etc.
