yes, but men getting in their urethra? I don't know...but jock itch,athletes foot etc are all fungal diseases ie yeast like infections

Yes it is possible. It's not extremely common but it does happen. It's helpful for men to urinate after sex to clear out the urethra and prevent yeast infections that way.
