Men with herpes?Do any man out there who has herpes have symptoms of painful urination and/or trace of blood in urine.

I have had herpes for 8 years and have yet to see blood in my pee or painful burning urination. I definately agree with Jerry, sounds like gonorrhoea which can be treated to me. I'd see a doctor. Good luck.

Not a man ,but a nurse .Any time a man has painful urination with blood its time to go to the doctor.You probably do have a nasty std.
