1. Not enough people are tested each year and limited education on the subject in some countries. Worst in Zimbabwe and Botswana.
2. If a person has had multiple partners, especially if they don't know them well. Get tested to prevent passing the epidemic.
3. Men and women in Africa. People who have multiple sex partners and one night stands.
4. 5 million
5. Same as answer 3
6. Doesn't sound like it. Sex education, including discussion about STDs should start in middle school.

1. They are the most common of life threatening diseases because they are sexually transmitted, in the same way that STDs are common. People like to have sex.
2. By encouraging people to have check-ups and tests more often, with the use of the most graphic and explicit scare tactics, the politicians' method!
3. Studies show that, as a group, AIDS is most common among Roman Catholic priests. Put that in your paper and spell it.
4. I think thats a lame question.
5.Everyone...?
6. Why not? Dont they have enough subjects to teach? Teachers are not paid enough as it is, and now we need to extend health class to include social health and morality? No, the educational responsibilty must be distributed as well amongst health care proffessionals, providers, parents, and television networks. The media could do a lot more in getting the message across. If only it was profitable...?

HIV/AIDS of course come from bodily fluids. As sharing needles, and sexual intercourse.
It could help prevent the spread of it if people used safety precautions, wipe up blood, urine spills. use condoms during sex (which is not 100 percent safe as you may know.
That's a questionable one but probable street people, not the gays as they may have thought in the beginning..
Maybe 15 percent are infected nationwide that we know about.. But how many go undetected is the big problem. Or know but do not let others in their circle know....
People that need the vaccine are those working with the public. Home health workers, hospital workers, school employees, of course rescue people..
High schools and elementary need to up their sex-ed programs. I work with children and it is very surprising how much even 4th grades know (and do)....

1) HIV and AIDS are huge. Africa probably has the most problems due to lack of eduation and or knowledge of how the diseases spread.
2) Contraceptives. Abstinence.
3) People who have sex with the most number of partners (unprotected) are the most likely to get and or spread the diseases.
4) No idea... 300 million? I honestly don't bother keeping track of this statistic. (40 million wow I was a tad off)
5) No idea.
6) Why should high schools be responsible for educating students about STDs? Assuming it is their job, obviously they're doing something wrong, it's not necessarily how much knowledge you pass along, but how you pass it along. Why do I know some 25 y/o virgins and some 15 y/o parents? It's more than just what school you went to.
Orignal From: need 50 people for this !!! please its a survey about diseases?
