we are both the first person each other has been with sexually and im not sure if that has anything to do with it.

could we still get something if we arent with other people or get it some other way?

Considering that both of ye hav not been with any one else before chances of either of ye have any stds are slim so I dont think that you have anything to worry about.

An STD is a 'sexually transmitted disease' so if neither of you have been with someone else who had a disease and could transmit it to either of you sexually, then neither of your could possible have and STD, get it?

If you were both clean before the first time, then you're both clean now. (assuming neither of you has cheated) Some STD's can be transmitted orally but if neither of you had an STD before then you can't have one now. Some STD's can be passed prenatally (HIV, Syphilis) but you probably would have noticed either of those by now. (One assumes your parents would have had you tested) It seems to me that as long as you stay true to each other, you guys can go at it all day long without worrying about anything but getting PREGNANT. Be careful and enjoy!

you'll be OK, just make sure your BF is clean every time u do it.

Sexually transmitted diseases are SEXUALLY transmitted diseases, not sexually CAUSED disease. Pregnancy is a sexually CAUSED disease.

If neither you nor her have NEVER been with another person sexually then it is very unlikely that either of you have a sexually TRANSMITTED disease.

But how do you define "sexually"? Many youngsters these days defines "sexual" ONLY as having penis/vagina sexual intercourse. This is, of course, wrong. Even if either of you have only touched another person "down there", it is possible to spread some sexual diseases.

Even simple kissing can spread herpes (cold sores). And here is very real and serious scenario: If a man gets oral herpes (cold sores), wipes his mouth with his bare hand, and then goes to the bathroom (urinates), he can spread the oral herpes to his penis, this giving himself a sexually transmitted disease.

Sexual activity, in this case, concerns anyone else's genitals. if BOTH of you have NEVER touched someone else, or someone else has NEVER touched you, then it is rather unlikely that you have an STD.

If you are really concerned, ask the doctor to perform the necessary STD tests on BOTH of you.
