Your ISP should have access settings for each log on name just change your kids access settings to one that is age appropriate, you can also buy software that can block access to sites of an adult nature or that contain certain words.
I've heard netnanny is very good.
Basically alter the settings on your sons name account so he wont be able to access these sites
