strange labial cyst thing?

strange labial cyst thing?ok, so, i have this little (a little smaller than my pinky fingertip) bump on my outer labia. it's a little tender, is not popping or oozing, it looks kind of like a blind zit. i had one close to the same spot that did pop a year or two ago, then it went away and has not returned.

it is very, very warm at work during the day (and i've been wearing this type of no-panty-line microfiber underwear instead of straight cotton), and i'm wondering if it's just a blocked pore? of course i freaked and looked at genital herpes, but it doesn't look at all like pictures of that. i've had it about ten days. and it's not doing a thing. i have no other symptoms that are strange...no odor, no itching, no burning, nothing.

what is this thing?

I think you're right, and it could be a blocked pore.
And do you shave there? No need to tell me. But if you do, it could possibly be an ingrown hair. I've had a few on my legs that were like zits, with puss and all. And in such a sensitive area it could seem worse.
And I think I'd switch back to cotton undies, maybe wear thongs if your worried about panty lines.

I once had the same problem but mine was near my clitoris, it had gotten big and was sore like a zit, so I went to the doctors she tried to tell me it was my clit..Dumb doctor so I went to another doctor he knew right away it was a zit or a boil. He lanced it and pus came out, he gave me some medicine to rub on it that smelled like alcohol. It worked great. So if it doesn't go away just go see your gyno doctor. Best of luck!
