What are the bumps near my crotch?

What are the bumps near my crotch?I found about 4 or 5 small brown bumps near my inner thigh/vaginal area. They kinda look like small bumpy birth marks or skin tags. 3 of them are all lined up next to each other and the other 2 are in the same area. What are they? They don't really hurt or anything but i've never seen them before. I've been tested for STDs a couple months ago and all of them came out negative. I only tested positive for HPV (not to be confused with HIV). I haven't been sexually active since being tested, so I doubt its an STD. (well, i've been tested for the most common STDs such as syphillis, gonorhhea, chlamydia, and HIV)
I don't put anything on it but I do get brazilian waxes sometimes. I use unscented Dove bar soap.

i have the same thing but i didnt think anything of it i hadnt been tested for std's yet but all though it could be an allergic reaction to your lotion cream or something i have bumps above my crotch and also on the side of my stomach ive never had sex im a virgin and i dont have any signs of and yeast infection im still puzzled myself but asking a doctor is always helpful but you can also try using a different lotion it may be the cause for the bumps or maybe your allergic to something else but yits never good to be curious see your doctor dont be worried its a matter of being healthy

Since you tested positive for HPV, those spots are most likely warts. Sometimes they go away on their own or they just keep growing. You may want to call your gyno doctor and discuss the best way to handle it. To cut back on the out breaks from HPV you should start taking a Turmeric capsule (found in the vitamin section) every night before bed.
