What STDs can you get from giving oral sex without ejaculation?

What STDs can you get from giving oral sex without ejaculation?If you start to give a guy oral sex but stop before he ejaculates or even pre-cums are you at risk for any STDs? I've read that the risk of HIV is basically zero in that situation, but are there any other diseases you can contract that way?

Oral sex is the same as anal and vaginal intercourse. You're still at risk of contracting STD's. Pretty much any and all of them.

You can contract syphilis, herpes, and I think some form of hepatitis. If you will like to know then you may can get tested for a disease that can be sexually spread from one person to the next.
