herpes is a virus and you can never get rid of it ...the only one that you can completely get rid of with antibiotics is chlamydia ..the other two will leave traces in your system that could flare up at any given time which would make them contagious.

Herpes because it's viral. If an STD starts with the letter "H" it can't be cured with anti-biotics.
