I think the big cities, Metro poles are the most problematic. 1/4 woman and 1/8 man are carrying HSV herpes virus.
80% of the global population are carrying one kind of HSV. Herpes will not make your penis or vagina or mouth to fell out, not even will kill you ...it's just stigmatized socialy....who cares...I have it for 16 years and never anything change in my life.
The HPV is very serious can cause cancer.
Gonorreia and other diseases has cure with strong anti biotics...except HIV.

my step dad told me that 1 in 4 women up here in canada have HIV. i dont know hwo true that is
