Which STDs can cause a really foul smelling odor coming from your private area?Im sure it has to be an STD, because i started noticing this very foul smell after my first sexual experience. Im sure it isnt jock it or a fungal infection because I have tried 3 difference jock itch treatments and it hasnt worked. so im wondering which stds can cause very foul smelling odor coming from the sides of my thighs, testicles and penis?

It could be syphilis, but whatever it is go to your nearest clinic as soon as you can. There are special clinics just for STD's. They will want a sample if there is a discharge and then they will give you an antibiotic to get rid of it. You should tell the girl that you had sex with and tell her to inform all her other partners. She may not even know that she has it. This is a very good reason to get to know a girl or guy well before you bed them.

Talk to the girl you slept with, she will need to be tested as well. Is there a discharge? Does it hurt to pee? get ready to answer a lot of questions when you see the doc.

It's possible. Some stds like thrush or trich come with foul smelling odors and discharge. Since the treatments you have used didn't work then you should see a doctor and get tested.
