this is probably a symptom of some disease which can be sexually transmitted.
Is there any Natural cure.
he has stopped complaining of this since a month and this lasted for around a week or so.
Is it ok right now(the pain has stopped).

He might have had a bladder or urinary tract infection. If it was an infection, it probably just ran its course, but he should have it checked out anyway, just to be on the safe side.

Feeling such burning sensation during urination is not a normal thing for anyone to feel ... For sure it indicates presence of some sort of abnormality ... The nature of this abnormality depends on many factors; e.g., how old is your brother? is he sexually actve or not ? is he suffering from any other disease or receiving any kind of medication for any reason ? and for how long has he been suffering form such complaint ? ... Of course he should consult a physician to interpret his answers for such questions and build up a provisional diagnosis and design a work up plane.

If he had a recent sexual contact, then there might be a chance he acquired a sexually transmitted disease and the best way to help him is to get help from a professional (UROLOGIST). But for the mean time I would suggest that he increase his fluid intake, and eat Vitamin C rich foods... It will increase the acidity of his urine which in turn will help in the fight against the microorganisms....

He needs to see a doctor. It could be sexually transmitted, but more likely it's a urinary tract infection, which can be extreamly painful and extremely common... the symptoms can go away after awhile, but the infection is still in the body and needs to be treated with antibiotics. If not taken care of a UTI can lead to kidney infection. The only way he'll know for sure what's wrong is by going to a doctor- nothing to be ashamed of- but better safe than sorry! P.S. since he thinks there is the possibility of an STD...use protection- condoms, condoms, condoms!!!
