Can having 2 hard lumps on the labia/ perineal area with little itching be a sexually transmitted disease?A female friend of mine said she recently noticed 2 hard lumps not on the vagina but on the vulva or labia area. Sometimes there's itching. Not blister-like but hardlike and under not above the skin surface. What kind of infection can this possibly be? Her last unprotected sexual contact was with her boyfriend who she suspects by many signs to be bisexual. Prior to this contact the boyfriend told her he needed to get checked out because he might have "picked up something". He did and the report reflected no diseases. What counsel should I give her?
