I had sex with a guy Friday night/early Saturday morning (unprotected and he got off in me...i'm on birth control). Afterwards, we got up and noticed blood on his sheets. I freaked out because that's never happened and he was kinda grossed out (lol). So the next day, I was leaking what I thought was his come. I went on with my day and I started noticing I was having a lot of vaginal pain when I sat down. Also, I had noticed a lot of discharge of a yellow color. My friend made me go to the doctor right away. I peed in a cup, was negative for yeast and UTI. So they did an exam on me, and I got my test results back today for Chlamidia and Gonnorhea (both negative). The tests for the other 3 things haven't come back yet. If I don't have an STD, what could this be??
Forgot a lot of detail... it really burns when I urinate!! and my pee changes from dark yellow to clear
and I'm itchy

You realize it takes at least 3 months for you to get a positive on an std test, 5 is generally the incubation period. Just because you don't test positive for one doesn't mean you don't have one.
