Do sores inside the vaginal lips automatically mean STD?I have heard that there is no such thing as a non-STD related painful sores (bumps) inside the vaginal lips. Is this true?

Well, it could be herpes. Which is an STD, but it's not serious.
You can get treatment for it.

Its just like cold-sores.

i would go to your gp just 2 check it out --- i left it and ended up with no vagina at all -- IT WAS ALL CHOPPED OFF.

it may just mean you have a yeast infection. you can go to your local pharmacy store to get some ointment for it. helped me a lot (:

i heard one of the main causes of yeast infections is eating too much sweets during your period. i don't know if that's true, but you may want to cut down on your sugar eating for a while. it may get better in 2 weeks at the least.
