My other question is that lets say the girl has a sexual diseases, and she gave the guy oral sex (just to be clear, she sucks his penis), can the guy still get stds or herpes or whatever sexual disease she might have? if so then how is that possible? as far as i know kissing doesn't transmits any diseases, so how is it possible that kissing somebody doesn't and oral sex does?

You can get tested at a walk in clinic or at planned parent hood, or if you have a doctor where you're located they can test you as well.
The best time to get tested would be with in 4-6 weeks after having sex. Testing too early could result in false negatives.
Yes it's possible to get herpes or any other std if her partner had an infection or std in their mouth or throat at the time. If the girl had cold sores then she could pass them on to his genitals during oral sex. There is still a small chance of getting an infection from kissing some one that has one. There are more fluids being passed around during oral sex, you have his and her fluids and skin contact being made with some ones genitals, stds have more chance of being passed.
