Is it possible to get eye herpes or other sexually transmitted disease from getting infected semen in your eye?

Is it possible to get eye herpes or other sexually transmitted disease from getting infected semen in your eye?I was wondering if it is possible/ likely to get a sexually transmitted disease in your eye if infected semen got into it For example is it possible to get herpes type 1 or 2 in your eye by getting semen in it and not actually touching a herpes lesion. Is it possible to get genital warts/ hpv from semen and not direct contact with a wart? What other stds can be spread, and are they treatable? Any bit of information helps.

dude you can get eye herpes if someone with herpes sweat gets in your eye. it happened to a kid my brother knows. he was playing basketball and got it from a kid on the other team

Yes it is possible to get herpes in your eye, a few years back when I was in a health class my teacher showed the whole class pictures of herpes in your eye! & trust me, that is not a good sight.

It's possible to get herpes in your eyes but herpes isn't passed through semen. Herpes isn't passed through body fluids but by direct skin to skin contact with an open sore or blister cause by the herpes virus. If some one with cold sores (which are caused by oral herpes HSV1) repeatedly kissed your eyes while they had a cold sore on their mouth then they could possibly give you ocular herpes (eye herpes).
You're not likely to transfer herpes by your self. It doesn't last for long periods of time when it's away from the body. You would have to touch a sore then with in seconds touch your eyes or genitals.
