And My lips have been feeling really dry and have a little burning sensation too. Is that a sign of like herpes or something or is it because of the alcohol I drank? I drunk from the bottle.

More likely you are dehydrated. Drinking can seriously dehydrate you if you aren't drinking water as well.

You're probably just dehydrated, drink a bunch of water. Unless any of the people at the party (since you drank from the bottle) had a sore on their lip I wouldn't worry about it.
