Most HIV experts would at least say that a low viral load has a direct relationship with infectivity. Although, few would go as far as the Swiss, at the very least most would agree that a fulfilling, safe, sexual relationship with an HIV positive person is more than possible.
Would you, nevertheless fear HIV too much to have a relationship with an HIV positive person?

not a chance in hell!!! unless your life long partner that you love somehow contracts it...i would maybe stay because i love that person but if its someone new, i would NEVER!!!
No matter how safe you are, you will always have the chance of getting it. Through a cut in your skin, a sore inside your mouth, condom breaking...etc
I mean why would you put yourself in a risk of getting this virus? Its just not worth it.

Giving the view from someone who has HIV, if I didn't I would stay. Now, that being said, I discovered (while I was pregnant) that I had HIV. I found out about this 2 months after my husband and I were married (in Feb. of this year). My husband fell into a deep depression, and then went into an even deeper depression when he found out he was negative. As a result I gave him the option to walk away. I told him I would understand. He told me he still would have married me if we had known before the wedding. That ment everything to me. Without my husband or my son (who are both negative BTW) I wouldn't be here. My boys are my life and in the future we plan on adopting two little girls to complete our family.
