A high bacteria count does not cause STDs.
In order to give it to someone else, you have to have it first. If everyone is healthy, no one will get one.
Its like getting a cold from someone who doesn't have a cold. Think.

If you are clean you're clean. You won't get an STD. If no condom is used however, there is a HUGE chance of a UTI.

If neither person has an STD, how can a non-existent STD be transferred? The answer is no. If two people are both STD free, they can not transfer STDs to each other through anal sex.

If you know you are both clean which sorry to say unless you went to the doctor together you can never know for sure... Then No how could you if you KNOW you are both clean? The only thing you would have to worry about if you are both clean is bacterial infections, Never put yur penis in a girls vagina after it has already been in her anus btw. But sorry you cant know the other person is clean just by looking at them or even taking their word for it..And just because you cant get pregnant through anal intercourse you should still use a condom. Even if she is clean bacteria is nast y too

STDs can be transmitted through unprotected anal, vaginal or oral sex. "Unprotected" means no condom is used. Birth control pills provide NO PROTECTION AT ALL against transmission of STDs.
STDs are NOT created out of thin air, just because 2 people have sex. If neither of you has STDs, neither of you can get any STDs from having sex with each other. If you've both tested negative 6 months after your previous exposure, you are fine.
(Remember, most STDS have no symptoms. But if someone has an STD, they can transmit it, even without symptoms.
IF either of you HAS an STD, you CAN transmit it through unprotected anal, vaginal, or oral sex. Condom use is the best protection against transmission of STDs, if you're going to have sex. However, condoms are not 100% effective. They can break. Having sex with a condom that breaks is considered unprotected.
Risk of transmission of HIV through unprotected anal sex is higher than risk of transmission of HIV through any other form of unprotected sex.
The bottom line is, you can't get a disease from someone who does not have the disease in the first place--and you can't know for sure that your partner was tested unless you went with them, as someone else mentioned.
