Do you make sure you go pee right after intercourse? That can cause infections. You could be allergic to his semen also..

Yes it could be him. But since you never used to get them with your ex, you might have an STD. I know it sounds crazy, but I started getting them like crazy when I was around 15 and 16 and doctors did a lot of tests to make sure I didn't have STDs because a lot of them meant urinary infections or problems.
You need to urinate every time you have sex, and drink a lot of water and cranberry juice. Also try to make sure his hands are clean before he touches you, shower before sex, etc.

Peeing before and after sex is important. Also, it's important for him to do the same. Maybe try having him wash before sex. I believe sugary foods might also contribute, but I'm not totally sure on that.

there are two main reasons for this. first is that he isn't washing his hands/under his nails before foreplay. secondly, if you do not get up and go to the restroom in a few minutes afterwards (especially if you do not use protection) you can get an infection. this was the reason I had my first one. but make sure you're not wearing tight fitting clothes as well.
