•How long have you had testicular pain? 2 weeks
•Is the pain in one testicle or both? sometimes both
•Exactly where does it hurt? hard to tell but at the top
•Did the pain begin suddenly or come on gradually? Suddenly
•Is the pain constant or intermittent? Intermittent
•How severe is the pain? out of 10 maybe a 3 or 4
•Is the pain getting worse or better? its been constaint
•Does the pain extend into your abdomen or back? No
•Have you had any recent injuries or infections? No
•Have you ever had a sexually transmitted disease? No
•What makes the pain worse? I have no idea
•Does anything help relieve the pain? It comes and Goes
•Do you have any other symptoms like swelling, redness, change in the color of your urine, fever, or unintentional weight loss? No
Its not blue balls. And i can run,walk, sneez and cough, No blood in urine or seamen.

How do you know it's not a torsion? Very mild torsions don't develop full symptoms for almost a month and are easier to treat when caught early. Other possibility is epiditimitis, an inflammation of the epiditimus which is located at the top of the testicle. Either way, since the pain has persisted for more than a week with no relief, you should go to the doctor. They will more than likely order an Ultrasound of your testicles to fully view them to rule out or confirm either problem.

Go to a urologist and get checked out. Don't wait for it to get worse.
If you don't have insurance, go to the ER and apply for financial help or call the public health department and ask about free or low cost clinics.
